By creating an account or using Edaramids, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If using on behalf of a business, you confirm authority to bind that entity. These terms form a legally binding agreement—read carefully and contact us with questions.

Edaramids is a cloud-based ERP platform for online sellers: • Order Management — Full lifecycle tracking • Inventory Control — Real-time stock alerts • Client & Supplier Management • Partner Earnings Calculator • Professional Invoice Generation • Business Analytics Dashboard • Arabic & English with RTL support • Mobile-first design

Your login credentials (email and password) are YOUR sole responsibility. Keep them confidential and never share them with anyone. We recommend: • Use a strong, unique password • Do not reuse passwords from other platforms • Change your password regularly • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

All data you upload—products, orders, clients, financial records—is stored securely on our servers with bank-level encryption. Your data includes: • Products and inventory • Orders and transactions • Client information • Financial records • Invoices and reports We protect your data 24/7 with industry-standard security measures.

While we securely store your data, we strongly recommend creating daily backups before closing the system. Why backup? • Protect against accidental deletions by you or admins • Guard against unexpected system errors • Maintain peace of mind This does NOT mean your data is at risk—it means smart business practice. Errors can happen in any system at any time.

You are fully responsible for all actions performed by Admins you add to your account. You control: • What each Admin can see • What each Admin can access • What each Admin can modify or delete Be careful when granting permissions. We disclaim ALL responsibility for any actions—including deletions or modifications—performed by any Admin you authorize.

Plans: Basic and Premium tiers with different features. Free Trial: Full access, no credit card required. Payment Methods: • PayPal (cards + balance) • Vodafone Cash • Instapay • Bank Transfer • More coming soon... Billing: Monthly or annual (discounted). Price changes notified 30 days in advance.

Use Edaramids only for lawful business purposes. Do NOT: • Use for illegal purposes • Attempt unauthorized access • Upload malicious content • Disrupt service performance • Reverse engineer the platform • Resell without authorization

Edaramids platform, code, design, and documentation are our property, protected by international laws. Your Content: You retain ownership of all data you upload. We only use it to provide the service.

By You: Cancel anytime via account settings. By Us: Immediate termination for terms violation, non-payment, or fraud. After Termination: 30 days to export your data before deletion.

Service provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

We may modify these terms. Material changes notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
