We want you to be completely satisfied with Edaramids. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. We believe in fairness and transparency—if something is not right, we will make it right.

At Edaramids, we stand behind our product. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers and handle all refund requests fairly and promptly. Our goal is simple: if you are not happy, we want to fix it. Whether that means helping you get more value from the platform or processing a refund, we are here to help. This policy applies to all subscription payments made through PayPal or Manual Payment methods.

You may be eligible for a refund if: • You are within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase • You have not extensively used the platform during this period • You experienced technical issues that prevented normal use • You were charged incorrectly or duplicated • The service significantly differs from what was advertised Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. We review each request fairly and respond within 3 business days.

Monthly Subscriptions: • Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase • No refunds for partial months after 7-day period • Cancel anytime to prevent future charges • Access continues until end of billing period Annual Subscriptions: • Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase • Pro-rated refund within first 30 days • No refunds after 30 days • Can downgrade to monthly plan at renewal Renewal Payments: • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable • Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges • We send reminder emails before auto-renewal

Admin seat purchases are one-time payments for additional team member access. Refund Policy for Seats: • Non-refundable once activated and assigned • Refund available if requested within 24 hours and seat not yet used • Seats remain active for the duration of your subscription • You can reassign seats to different team members If you purchased seats by mistake, contact us immediately—we will do our best to help.

To request a refund, follow these steps: 1. Contact our support team at [email protected] 2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line 3. Provide your account email and subscription details 4. Explain the reason for your refund request 5. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days You can also reach us through the Contact page on our website. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us process your request quickly.

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows: PayPal Payments: • Refund initiated within 1-2 business days • Appears in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days • Credit card refunds via PayPal may take 5-10 business days Manual Payments (Bank Transfer): • Refund processed within 5-7 business days • Bank transfer time varies by bank (additional 3-5 days) • We will provide transfer confirmation You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

We may grant refunds outside standard policy for: • Duplicate charges or billing errors • Extended technical outages affecting your business • Service significantly different from advertised features • Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances • At company discretion for goodwill If you believe you qualify for a special exception, please explain your situation when contacting support. We review each case individually and try to find a fair solution.

The following are generally non-refundable: • Monthly subscriptions after 7-day period • Annual subscriptions after 30-day period • Admin seats after activation • Renewal charges (cancel before renewal date) • Partial subscription periods • Services already rendered and used extensively If you are unsure about a specific situation, contact us before making a purchase.
